twikga illustration portfolio

A lot of my work is a mix of photographs, drawings and collages. The wildlife photos for the books were taken by us during our safaris in Africa. Have a look on Wild Picha for more. Back home the illustrations come to life in my computer. I use Photoshop to edit them and combine them with drawings and collages made on paper. Although I like working with cameras and on the computer I also love to get my fingers dirty. The magazine collages, the Power Ladies and the postcards are examples of collages which I did on paper, combined with paint, color pencil and pen. The hipstamatic portfolio is the only purely photographic selection of my work on this site. The hipsto’s were taken with my iPhone and have not been edited after taking the pictures.
